We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Freelance Headhunter to fill challenging sales vacancies with topquality candidates. This is a commissionbased freelance position offering exceptional earning potential based on successful placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top talent for hardtofill Sales positions
- Build and manage candidate pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques
- Conduct targeted searches across platforms like LinkedIn job boards internal databases and personal networks
- Leverage your industry connections to identify top candidates
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and tailor your approach accordingly
- Keep track of candidate interactions and recruitment progress using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Key Skills and Requirements:
- At least 5 years of proven experience in Sales Recruitment with a track record of successful placements
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques including LinkedIn job boards Boolean search and recruitment databases
- Strong networking skills within the sales sector
- Handson experience with an ATS to manage candidate data and workflows efficiently
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work independently in a remote setting
- Fluent in German with a strong command of English
- Minimum availability of 20 hours per week with flexibility to work on multiple projects
- Openness to recruit for roles in other languages as needed
