Job Description:

The Data Analyst will support the operations team by performing key functions related to billing and data analysis. Responsibilities include executing SQL queries analyzing historical billing or metering data and creating performance reports and dashboards in Power BI. The role involves working with large datasets and using various tools for data modeling and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and execute SQL queries to pull and analyse historical billing or metering data.
• Perform manual billing adjustments through SQL query execution.
• Support program reporting and analytics including team performance metrics.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and run ad hoc reports.
• Analyse team performance and other metrics using MS Excel Power Query and Power BI.
• Learn and use new tools to support billing and case resolutions.
• Think strategically with a datadriven mindset to generate analytical insights.

MustHave Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL (Oracle SQL is a bonus).
• Experience in database modeling and ETL with large related datasets.
• Proficient in MS Excel Power Query and Power BI.

Nice to have Skills:

• Experience with Oracle Customer Care & Billing Salesforce and/or Databricks.
• Background in utilities particularly utility billing and complex billing teams.
• Experience analyzing and querying transactional or billing databases.

Educational and Experience Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in STEM Business or a related field.
• 1 years of experience utilizing SQL for querying and analysing data.
• 1 years of experience working with large related data sets and understanding database modeling and ETL.
• 1 years of experience working with MS Excel Power Query and Power BI.
