Queretaro Technical Center On site

What youll do:
Manage test orders through GEO / PLM / Test Builder / eServices.
Define establish follow up on the OPM / TPM plan for the installed equipment.
Establish good lead time tracking for test orders and implement an action plan when not met.
Define a method to follow and comply with the SDQCM indicators for the area.
Ensure that resources equipment tools and facilities are available to carry out all department activities.
Have a close followup with team members to identify the training they need so that they can adequately perform their activities and work on areas of improvement and needs to continue growing professionally and personally.
What is required:
Bachelor of Engineering: Industrial Mechanical Mechatronics Electronics or related.
Demonstrable experience in Automotive inthe following areas: Quality Production Manufacturing Maintenance Automation Laboratory etc.
At least 2 years in supervisor role
Fluency in English
