Job Description
Our ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience handling trust and estate matters in Probate Court; however candidates with at least three years of other litigation experience and a willingness to learn Probate Court procedures are also welcome to apply. This role will work closely with partners on trust and estate matters in all stages of litigation from prelitigation through trial. If youre looking to dive into trust and estates litigation and advance in your career this is the role for you.
Job Duties:
- Research and draft initial petitions and responsive pleadings
- Research and prepare motions written discovery mediation materials and trial documents
- Appear in court for contested and uncontested hearings
- Interact with clients and opposing counsel in a courteous and thoughtful manner
- Meet or exceed the required annual billable hours
