Job Summary

As an experienced member of our Software Engineering Group we look first and foremost for people who are passionate around solving business problems through innovation and engineering practices. Youll be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle as well as partner continuously with your many stakeholders on a daily basis to stay focused on common goals. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities including:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• Expertise in application data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
• Advanced knowledge of architecture and design across all systems
• Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages
• Knowledge of industrywide technology trends and best practices
• Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
• Ability to work in large collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
• Passionate about building an innovative culture
• Responsibilities:
• Work with the product owner and the scrum team to understand product requirements
• Work with technical manager and the team to finalize the technical design and implementation requirements
• Participate the scrum ceremonies and represent the application dev team
• Participate with the leads of other job families and ensure the deliverables are met
• Represent the scrum team in leadership meetings
• Collaborate with the management on improving the skillset needs of the team
• What you bring to the job:
• Good understanding of the Agile methodologies and implementation guidelines
• Good understanding of the application deployment tools like Git Jenkins Junit Cucumber etc.
• Expert level skills in Core Java Springboot
• Expert level in Kafka Kubernetes
• Experience with Scripting
• Experience working with Docker Images and Containers
