Job Summary Do you have work experience on UX Designer role projects

• Do you have 8 years of experience in banking damain projects playing designer role
• Do have experience on Design Skills
• Have you participated in Leetcode/HE/HR

Minimum of 6 years handson experience

Technical Skill:

• 8 years of experience in banking damain projects playing designer role
• Effective communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) are required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Interaction Design or a related field and/or at least 8 years in UX production design with a strong preference for those whove successfully collaborated globally on major brands or products.
• Must have experience with daytoday production design with expertlevel proficiency in Figma required. Adobe Creative Suite skills are desirable. including building complex components detailed interactions using auto layout effectively etc
• Strong UX design portfolio demonstrating a clear understanding of design components and systems and showcasing an ability to maintain exceptional quality across wireframes mockups and prototypes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams ee around corners to anticipate concerns early and synthesize complex requirements quickly to deliver on goals.
• Excellent written and spoken English communications skills. Significant technical writing experience is a strong plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to own and manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
• Must have experience working directly and at a high level with American or European firms be able to communicate clearly.
• This role is production focused so will need to be able to onboard and work quickly without a lot of netnew guidance or training while still delivering to a very high caliber.
