Job Summary

JIRA/Confluence Technical Administrator

Job Description:

• Assist with the technical design and implementation of Jira and Confluence (SaaS) integrations with corporate tools (on prem AWS and SaaS hosted) including user provisioning configuration management and reporting tools
• Assist with the technical design and implementation / migration of Jira projects and Confluence spaces from other instances (cloud and data center)
• Assist with the technical design and implementation of Jira Align (an existing version)
• Assist with the design and implementation of corporate standards for Jira/Confluence (processes workflows controls etc)
• Assist with the technical design and implementation of other Jira/Confluence Enhancements (new projects new workflows new spaces)

Candidate Knowledge/Skills Experience:

• Jira/Confluence Site Administration and Configuration (Cloud/Saas preferred)
• Jira/Confluence Integration design and build (Directory API webhook spoke etc)
• Jira Migration
