We are looking for a FrontEnd Web Developer responsible for software
development delivery and processing. Successful candidate will have
the opportunity to support exciting projects.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop new applications components or modules to meet functionality requirements
- Design user application interface business rules system menus and/or user reports
- Implement security requirements to ensure a secure application environment and follow application accessibility and Section 508 standards
- Build sitemaps wireframes prototypes and documentation that articulate site and application structure and organization
- Captures webbased system requirements including customer experience and operational and usability requirements
- Ensures ease of navigation and simplicity of design
- Collaborate with back end developers and web designers to improve usability
- Maintain and improve websites
- May perform other duties as assigned
Education / Work Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related discipline with a minimum of 6 years of web development or related experience
Required Skills:
- Work with a fast paced web team to produce highquality and innovation website projects using an array of web development tools and emphasis on frontend design and features
- Experience with Node JS ReactJS AngularJS
- Demonstrated experience with Java technologies: JSF framework AJAX Spring application framework Hibernate object / relational persistence JavaScript HTML 5 and CSS 3
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to complete detailed accurate work under time pressure
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with Geospatial Data Abstraction Library (GDAL)
- Familiarity with InSAR Scientific Computing Environment (ISCE) and Generic InSAR Analysis Toolbox (GIAnT)
- Extensive understanding and wide application of advanced principles theories concepts and techniques in systems engineering software architecture network architecture virtualization technologies and cloud computing resulting in contributions to the development of new theories and methods
