As a Mandarin Junior Store Manager you will undergo comprehensive training designed to develop your management and operational skills in the retail industry. You will begin as a management trainee working closely with the headquarters team to gain handson experience in store operations sales and business management. Upon completing the internship and training program you will take on leadership responsibilities as a deputy store manager or store manager with the potential for rapid career progression based on performance.
Career Development Path:
Stage 1: Management Trainee Program
Intensive training at headquarters followed by practical work experience in various stores to develop a deep understanding of store operations customer service and sales management.
Stage 2: Deputy Store Manager / Store Manager
Upon successful completion of the training you will be appointed as a deputy store manager or store manager responsible for overseeing daily store operations sales management and team leadership. Promotions to store manager roles are based on performance.
Stage 3: Professional Store Manager
Highperforming store managers will be entrusted with the opening and setup of new stores including staff training operations management and ensuring the smooth running of the new stores. You will transition the store to a new manager and move on to set up other locations.
Stage 4: Area Manager / Regional Manager
Successful candidates will be promoted to Area Manager overseeing the performance and operations of multiple stores in a specific region. Exceptional Area Managers may advance to Regional Manager responsible for managing multiple regions.
