Job Description
Job Title: Lead Recruiter (Level I 04 Years)
Job Location: Charlotte NC
Job Type: Contract
The Lead Recruiter is responsible for identifying and attracting both technical and nontechnical candidates for the organization or client. Key responsibilities include:
- Setting up advertising campaigns and creating job postings.
- Contacting potential applicants through various channels.
- Handling recruitment paperwork reports and performance assessments.
- Collaborating with managers to align recruitment needs.
- Working in an office setting primarily during regular business hours.
- Strong analytical skills are required to evaluate recruiting methods.
- Typically part of a team with frequent communication with management and applicants.
