Sr Paralegal
Mineola Long Island NY
Fulltime Onsite
$70K$80K Bonus Benefits
Our client a prominent New York Personal Injury Law Firm based in Mineola (Long Island) is looking for a Senior Paralegal to report directly to its partners and work fulltime in the office.
Requirements:
5 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal reporting to a partner
Ability to prioritize and multitask many cases at one time
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge in Time Matters efiling and all Microsoft suite of products.
Responsibilities:
Must be BiLingual in English and Spanish
5 years experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice
Ability to talk to clients.
Preparing and filing all pleadings/complaints bills of particulars retrieval of medical records Medicare and Medicaid final reporting and various facets of the Plaintiffs personal injury litigation.
Scheduling as needed
Drafting and responding to discovery
Assisting with mediation and deposition
Trial Preparation
Client Contact/intakes
personal injury, medical malpractice, legal, litigation, MS Office suite
Education
Bachelor degree
