Job Description
We are excited to welcome a highly motivated fresher to join our Tech Team! As a fresher you will have the opportunity to work on developing and customizing applications to support our organization s needs using various tools and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Application Development: Learn and work with the Zoho Suite of Products (Zoho Creator Zoho Analytics Zoho CRM Zoho Forms Zoho Flow) to build and customize applications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to understand their needs and create solutions that match business requirements.
- Website Building: Assist in building websites and creating landing pages.
- Feature Implementation: Help design and add new features and functionalities to existing applications.
- Testing: Perform both automated and manual testing to ensure the applications function correctly.
- Code Quality: Ensure the code is clean organized and easy to maintain.
- Scripting & Workflows: Use Deluge scripting and create custom workflows to automate tasks and enhance functionality.
- Debugging: Troubleshoot and fix issues in applications as needed.
Requirements
- Flexibility: Open to flexible working hours including weekends if required.
- Curiosity & Learning: Eager to learn new things quickly and show a keen interest in technology.
- ProblemSolving: Good at analyzing issues and finding effective solutions.
- Commitment: Willing to commit to working with Team Everest for at least 2 years.

Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript HTML and CSS is an advantage.
You should have excellent English communication and writing skills. Be able to express ideas clearly and explain solutions in a simple way. A keen eye for detail to make sure no issues are missed. Any degree is accepted, but what matters most is your willingness to learn and help solve problems. Positive attitude and ability to work well with others in a team. Support during weekends and holidays to solve queries on time.
