Shrinkage attrition sales target and handling team
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in any field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responding promptly to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. 3. Providing accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers. 4. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures. 5. Collaborating with other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Documenting customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
