We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated fresher to join our Curriculum Team. As a fresher you will work on designing developing and reviewing educational materials and resources. You will also have the opportunity to learn and support training programs and stay updated with the latest trends in education.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development: Conduct research and collaborate with team members and stakeholders to create highquality curricula and learning resources.
- Instructional Design: Choose appropriate teaching methods set time frames and prepare engaging and effective teaching materials.
- Continuous Learning: Design curriculum plans to support ongoing learning for students or participants.
- Proofreading: Review and proofread curriculum content to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Assessment Design: Develop methods to evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and make improvements as needed.
- Monitoring & Improvement: Observe curriculum usage collect feedback and adjust materials to enhance learning outcomes.
- Training Support: Assist in training internal team members volunteers or stakeholders in the developed curriculum when required.
- Presentations & Feedback: Prepare and conduct presentations and feedback sessions as needed to support curriculum initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English (both oral and written).
- Proficiency in research and analysis to create effective educational content.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills to produce errorfree materials.
- Creative thinking to develop engaging and innovative learning resources.
- Ability to explain complex ideas in simple and understandable ways.
- Good teamwork and the ability to collaborate with others to achieve goals.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage tasks and complete them efficiently.
- Openness to feedback and adaptability to changing guidelines.
- Willingness to travel for school visits or training programs when necessary.
