Our client is a leading healthcare and wellness services provider. They currently have an opening for a Team Lead Brand Strategy & Corporate Communication in Lagos State.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement innovative brand strategies that align with business objectives and differentiate in the marketplace.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the Graphics Designer Digital Marketer and Content Creator to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
- Market Research: Conduct market and competitive research to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for brand growth and innovation.
- Creative Direction: Oversee the creation of engaging visuals and content ensuring all materials align with the brand s identity and resonate with the target audiences.
- Campaign Strategy: Develop multichannel marketing campaigns including digital print and social media ensuring consistent branding and message delivery.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the Content Creator to craft highimpact content strategies that support brand initiatives and engage key audiences.
- Digital Marketing Oversight: Work with the Digital Marketer to optimize digital advertising efforts increase online visibility and track campaign
- performance.
- Brand Messaging: Ensure all internal and external communications including websites social media and advertising reflect the brand s voice and values.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze the success of brand initiatives through KPIs feedback and market analysis to continually improve the brand strategy.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to align brand initiatives with overall business goals.
- Brand Guidelines: Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field preferred.
Relevant professional qualifications are an added advantage.
Proven experience in brand strategy marketing or related fields with a track record of leading successful brand initiatives.
Strong understanding of digital marketing content strategy and creative direction.
Experience managing crossfunctional teams (e.g. designers marketers content creators) to achieve cohesive branding.
Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate brand vision to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools creative software (e.g. Adobe Suite) and analytics platforms.
