Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Application Support: Lead WebMethods and Gatewayrelated incident management change management and release management. Handle configuration and provide application support with SOPbased resolutions.
- Technical Expertise: Manage and configure SOAPbased APIs REST APIs and WebSocket APIs with strong knowledge of API Gateway architecture and features.
- Security & Governance: Apply advanced security practices (OAuth2 API keys access control) and manage governance for APIrelated processes.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Java and shell scripting (Linux).
- Tools: Experience with SOAP UI SQL Developer and knowledge of networking protocols like TCP/IP SMTP HTTP FTP SOAP and AS2.
- Problem Solving & Documentation: Strong troubleshooting skills and documentation of SOPs for issue resolution.
Desired Skills:
- Expertise in API Gateway management including policy enforcement and message transformation.
- Proficiency in WebMethods Integration Server SOAP to REST transformation load balancing and routing policies.
- Experience with database systems like Oracle or SQL Server for data integration.
- Familiarity with CI/CD deployment processes and security management for WebMethods/GXS applications.
Additional Skills (Good to Have):
- Knowledge of APIGEE Kafka and Java is a plus.
- Experience with WebMethods integration with mainframe systems Salesforce or Google Cloud is desirable.
