About the Role

Based in BYDs Sydney office in Macquarie Park this role will support our Sales and Network team for an upcoming new brand.On offer is a Senior Dealer Network Development Specialist position and your daytoday duties will include but not be limited to:

• Develop and implement a Network strategy plan to ensure a strong dealer network.
• Identify potential dealers and develop a longterm trustworthy business relationship.
• Manage Dealer Agreement & Dealer Policy Dealers Incentive Control & Payout

Key requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of related working experience
• knowledge of automotive market is prefer
• Advanced negotiation persuasion and closing skills.
• Proven track record of achievement plus the ability to contribute and work in a team environment
• willingness to business travel
