We are seeking a motivated Learning and Development (L&D) Advisor to join our People & Engagement team. Based in Australia or New Zealand you will play a pivotal role in implementing The Egis Way project focusing on designing deploying and evaluating eLearning initiatives. Additionally you will oversee the effective administration and maintenance of our Learning Management System (LMS).

Key Responsibilities
Strategy and People
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop manage and update eLearning content that aligns with organisational goals.
- Oversee LMS operations including user support course enrolments troubleshooting and reporting on user engagement and compliance.
- Provide technical support train users and create resources to optimise LMS functionality.
- Analyse data to improve training programs and ensure compliance with mandatory learning requirements.
- Lead project deliverables ensuring timelines budgets and quality standards are met.
- Foster a positive learning culture while promoting safety compliance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a similar role within a professional services organisation.
- Proficiency in LMS platforms (e.g. Pinnacle) and eLearning tools (e.g. Articulate Rise 360 Captivate).
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills a proactive attitude and the ability to work autonomously.
