Playnetic is looking for a Junior IT Administrator to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping our IT department from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team that values your input and provides a platform for growth.
As a Junior IT Administrator you will be the first line of support for all internal IT needs. Youll manage our ticketing system handle various administrative tasks and ensure our IT infrastructure runs smoothly. You will also familiarize yourself with Playnetics internal processes and IT asset management making sure everything stays on track.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide firstline IT support for internal queries and troubleshooting for Windows and MacOS systems.
Manage internal ticketing systems and perform administrative tasks to support IT operations.
Get up to speed with IT asset management and understand our companys processes and structure.
Work closely with a team of 4 including two senior System Administrators a support role and report directly to our IT Operations Director.
Participate in daily checkins team chats and calls and benefit from a structured training program.
What Were Looking For:
Strong command of English and excellent communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Windows and MacOS with some experience in troubleshooting.
A selfstarter who can work independently and thrive in a remote setting.
A friendly and proactive nature comfortable working with senior team members and other departments.
Experience in the iGaming industry is a bonus but not essential.
