Job Description


Were looking for a detailoriented HR Administrator to join our HR team in our new office in Cyprus.

In this role you will focus on contract administration writing policies and ensuring compliance with Cypriot labor laws. Youll be part of a small but growing team collaborating closely with the onsite HR Team to support the offices operations and build the HR function during an exciting time of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract administration including creating templates and ensuring compliance with local laws
  • Draft and update HR policies and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Assist in office coordination duties event organisation and office supplies management
  • Collaborate with the HR team onsite to support office operations and team growth
  • Contribute to the overall HR strategy as we transition to new HR systems and processes



Career Progression:

This role offers significant career growth potential. Depending on your skills and the companys growth there are opportunities to progress into roles such as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist among others.


About You:

  • 3 years of experience in an HR Administrator or HR Generalist role
  • Youre highly detailoriented and organised with a knack for documenting and drafting contracts and policies
  • Experience with Confluence and remote collaboration tools is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of Cypriot labor laws is a bonus
  • Youre techsavvy and excited to work in a collaborative growthdriven environment
