Job Title: Workday Solution Architect

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Workday Solution Architect with a strong background in Workday HCM implementation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have handson experience in configuring multiple Workday modules and possess the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead endtoend Workday HCM implementations including Core HCM Recruiting Advanced Compensation and Talent Management.
- Configure and implement at least 4 functional areas within the Workday suite including but not limited to:
- HCM
- Basic and Advanced Compensation
- Recruiting
- Absence
- Talent Management
- Benefits
- Succession Planning
- Workforce Planning
- Stay updated with the latest Workday offerings and apply new features to enhance business processes.
- Implement and manage Workday Security ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Collaborate across teams to identify analyze and mitigate risks ensuring smooth project execution.
- Manage multiple initiatives and projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and maintaining highquality deliverables.
Skills & Requirements: - 7 years of Workday HCM implementation experience with handson configuration in multiple Workday modules.
- Expertise in Workday HCM Advanced Compensation Recruiting and Talent Management is required.
- Experience with Workday Security configuration and management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Strong problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation.
