Title: SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Consultant (HR Mini Master Configuration)

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Remote (Occasional Travel to Sugar Land TX)

Rate: $70/hr $80/hr


Required Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 35 years of handson experience in SAP HCM with a strong focus on HR Mini Master configuration.
  • Configuration Expertise: Proficient in configuring and customizing the HR Mini Master in S/4 HANA and Employee Central.
  • Module Knowledge: Expertise in SAP HCM modules particularly Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
  • Functional Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR Mini Master functionalities and integration points.

Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Consultant to lead the configuration of the HR Mini Master in S/4 HANA and the SuccessFactors Employee Central module. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of both SAP HCM and SuccessFactors with a particular focus on integrating and configuring the HR Mini Master. You will collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective SAP HR solutions ensuring seamless data flows between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize the HR Mini Master in S/4 HANA and Employee Central.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and configurations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and provide SAP best practice solutions.
  • Offer expert guidance on integrating the HR Mini Master with other data sources (e.g. Workday).
  • Ensure smooth data migration and testing of HR Mini Master configurations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the HR Mini Master and its components.
  • Document configurations changes and solutions for future reference.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 35 years of handson experience in SAP HCM focusing on HR Mini Master configuration.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in SAP HCM modules particularly Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
  • Strong knowledge of HR Mini Master functionalities and integration points.
  • Experience with data migration LSMW and troubleshooting configuration issues.
  • Familiarity with SAP reporting tools and HR data structures.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors integration is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Adaptability to changing client requirements and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Human Resources or a related field.
  • SAP HCM certification is highly preferred.
