Job Description
Job Title: Financial Analyst (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Conduct indepth analysis of financial performance identifying trends variances and key drivers of profitability.
- Prepare and present monthly quarterly and annual financial reports to management highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Assist in the development of the annual budget and financial forecasts working closely with departmental leaders.
- Build and maintain financial models to support decisionmaking processes and scenario analysis.
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends competitor performance and economic conditions to inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data analyze financial impacts and provide financial insights for strategic initiatives.
- Track financial metrics and KPIs providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
- Provide financial support for special projects and initiatives as needed including mergers and acquisitions capital investments and operational improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g. CFA CPA) is a plus.
- Experience in financial analysis corporate finance or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of presenting financial information clearly and effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all financial reporting and analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships across the organization.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
