In this role youll be the bridge between dedicated tutors and students ensuring a seamless learning experience for all.

Heres what youll do:

• Recruit and Onboard Top Talent: Youll source screen and interview qualified parttime tutors to join our growing team. Youll also guide new tutors through a smooth onboarding process ensuring they have the resources and support they need to succeed.
  
• Mastermind of Schedules: Youll wear the resource planning hat efficiently managing tutor schedules to meet student needs. This includes collaborating with academic leads to optimise timetables and ensure availability.
  
• Campus Buzz Builder: Youll champion student engagement by setting up student ambassadors and coordinating exciting events on campus. These events will foster a vibrant learning community and promote our tutoring services.
  
• Tutor Champion: Your passion for education will shine through as you foster a positive and supportive environment for our tutors. Youll address queries troubleshoot issues and implement strategies to maximise tutor satisfaction and engagement.
  
• Data Detective: Youll delve into data to track tutor Net Promoter Scores (NPS) identifying areas for improvement and working to boost overall satisfaction.
  
• Continuous Improvement Enthusiast: Youll be on the lookout for ways to enhance tutor enablement providing ongoing training and resources to help tutors hone their skills and deliver outstanding instruction.
  

Requirements

• You hold a Bachelor or above degree. Advantageous if you are an Oxbridge graduate but not necessary.
  
• You have great understandings of the UK Universities application process.
  
• You possess excellent organisational and time management skills.
  
• Youre a natural communicator who can build rapport with both tutors and students.
  
• You thrive in a fastpaced environment and enjoy tackling challenges creatively.
  
• Youre a data enthusiast who can analyse information and identify trends.
