Job Description

We are hiring a CNM 1 Cedar ( Oncology ) for a Private Hospital in Dublin Ireland. We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality respect caring and compassion are at the center of all we do.
Key Responsibilities
- The role entails directing and coordinating the daily operations of patient care within the unit.
- Conducting thorough analyses of workloads and skill requirements is essential to effectively meet the needs of patients care.
- Evaluate the competencies of staff members and assign patient care responsibilities accordingly.
- It is crucial to familiarize oneself with hospital policies regarding the secure administration of cytotoxic preparations.
- Assists with patient care as needed.
Requirements
- Be registered on the general division of the register of nurses maintained by NMBI and hold a current NMBI PIN
- Have 24 years post registration experience in an acute setting
- Have a minimum of 1 year management experience (desirable)
- Have a recognised qualification or experience within the speciality
- Have completed a management training programme
- Have a proven ability to work under pressure
- Have evidence of commitment to professional development.
