Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a hospital in Riyadh KSA. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Senior Accountant who will be responsible for preparing financial statements managing monthly close procedures and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role includes financial analysis audit support and overseeing internal controls to maintain the organization s financial health.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to the monthly close schedule.
Facilitate monthly close procedures and analyze revenues commissions and expenses.
Prepare monthly account reconciliations and assist in financial audits.
Support corporate reporting requirements and prepare quarterly producer commission reports.
Document and monitor internal controls and prepare closing and adjustment entries.
Calculate endofservice benefits and create payrollrelated documents.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures meeting reporting deadlines.
Develop and maintain financial databases and manage budget and forecast activities.
Verify bank reconciliations and oversee the documentation of payments and transactions.
Supervise the Finance and Accounts department staff ensuring effective workload allocation and performance.
Resolve accounting discrepancies and support taxation requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 6 years of experience in handling financial systems and budgets financial reporting financial data analysis auditing taxation and providing financial advice preferably in a healthcare setting.
Experience in MS Office applications and other accounting computer applications.
Knowledge of GAAP economic principles auditing principles and financial systems.
Knowledge of applicable laws codes and regulations.
Attention to detail planning and organizing skills.
Strategic thinker with strong problem solving communication supervisory skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
