Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse or Medic with Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification to join our dynamic healthcare team in Greenwood Indiana. The ideal candidate will provide highquality patient care demonstrate clinical expertise and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Deliver comprehensive nursing/medic care to patients in various settings including emergency and critical care.
- Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Monitor and interpret patient vital signs responding promptly to changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed adhering to best practices and safety protocols.
- Perform ACLS procedures and interventions as needed during emergencies including CPR and advanced airway management.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions treatment plans and preventive care measures.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or Paramedic certification in Indiana.
- Current ACLS certification.
- Previous experience in emergency critical care or relevant clinical setting preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and often stressful environment.
- Work Schedule: FullTime position 9AM8PM MonWed and 9AM5PM on Thursday. Flexibility in hours to meet client needs is essential.
- Compensation: Starting pay is between $28 and $45 per hour with flexibility for negotiation based on experience.
