Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Channel Revenue Management (CHRM) Specialist to lead the implementation optimization and integration of Oracle CHRM solutions within our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud or Oracle EBS Trade Management combined with strong technical and functional skills to ensure efficient rebate royalty and funding trade management processes. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration with other Oracle modules and driving process improvements across the organization s revenue management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementation and Configuration:

  • Lead the implementation of Oracle Channel Revenue Management (CHRM) including gathering requirements conducting system configurations and leading POC (proof of concept) and testing phases.
  • Customize and configure CHRM programs and setups to meet specific business needs ensuring accuracy in rebate royalty and funding trade management processes.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Procurement and Order Management (OM) to ensure seamless integration of CHRM with other Oracle Cloud modules.
  • Set up and maintain rebate royalty and funding trade management programs including eligibility criteria accrual calculations accounting and settlements (such as setting off accruals with credit memos).
  • Develop and manage effective promotion management programs to automate accrual calculations account settlements and improve overall financial reporting accuracy.
  • Oversee the claim creation and settlement process ensuring timely and accurate resolution of vendor and customer claims.
  • Design solutions to develop integrations with CHRM facilitating the import of data from external sources and ensuring tools are set up to meet business requirements.

2. Process Optimization:

  • Identify and implement process improvements for vendor rebate management customer rebate management and claim settlement processes with the goal of streamlining operations and improving financial accuracy.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to optimize promotion program creation activation and settlement processes ensuring smoother operations and better financial controls.
  • Develop and implement best practices for order lease accounting ensuring all financial practices are aligned with industry standards.

3. Reporting and Analytics:

  • Develop and generate reports related to accrual subledger accounting settlement and reconciliation providing valuable insights into financial operations.
  • Analyze data trends to make datadriven recommendations that will improve the efficiency of revenue management processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide accurate and timely reports for decisionmaking.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS Trade Management or Oracle Fusion Channel Revenue Management with strong integration knowledge of other Oracle modules (AP AR Procurement OM).
  • Process knowledge in customer/vendor rebate management programs claims settlement vendor funding royalty management and other promotional management scenarios.
  • Good understanding of the Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay (PTP) cycles.
  • Proven project management skills with experience in leading complex IT projects and ensuring project delivery within scope time and budget.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills to diagnose issues find solutions and make effective business decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with crossfunctional teams and clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Cloud Certification in Channel Revenue Management or Trade Management is a plus.
  • Prior experience in consulting or clientfacing roles within a similar industry is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with North American or international clients is an added advantage.
