Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled SPE Technical Voice professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience with specific expertise in Genesys Interaction Recording (GIR) and VAM (Voice Logger). This hybrid role requires excellent communication skills in English and involves working in a day shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance customer interactions by ensuring highquality voice recordings.
- Utilize Genesys Interaction Recording (GIR) and VAM (Voice Logger) to monitor and analyse voice interactions.
- Provide subject matter expertise in voice processes and technologies.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve customer service standards.
- Maintain and update voice recording systems and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to voice recording systems.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in a Technical voice role is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Genesys Interaction Recording (GIR) and VAM (Voice Logger).Mandatory
- Experience managing call logger and Avaya Call Management System).Mandatory
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing work conditions.
