Job Description

Northwest Talent Solutions is a leading Technology Finance and Healthcare staffing/recruiting and HR/DEI consulting firm partnering with outstanding clients within the private industry and public sector. Currently we are partnered with a preferred client in search of a highly talented Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) Operations Lead.

Job Summary:

The CIAM Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our clients CIAM program platforms ensuring seamless secure and effective management of customer identity services. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and availability of CIAM processes and technology with a focus on incident change and problem management in accordance with ITIL frameworks.

Location:

  • Ideal candidate will be based in: Pittsburgh PA; Cleveland OH; Birmingham AL; or Dallas TX.
  • Oncall requirements: The candidate must be available oncall in case the customer platform experiences issues. This may involve afterhours or latenight availability.
  • Office presence: While some responsibilities may be performed remotely the role does require regular time in the office or field.
  • Flexibility: The position offers flexible workfromhome days.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead operational aspects of the CIAM program developing strategies to improve processes and reduce incidents
  • Oversee and mentor a team of operations specialists and engineers
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure highquality service delivery
  • Partner with CIAM leaders IT teams and business units to align operational integration with program objectives
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for operational efficiency and incident management effectiveness
  • Provide graphic reporting and dashboards using tools like Tableau SPLUNK Grafana Dynatrace and Logscale
  • Coordinate patching maintenance and vulnerability management for applications

Qualifications:

I. Education:

  • Bachelors degree in a STEM field (required)
  • Masters degree (preferred)

II. Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management technologies processes and operational leadership
  • Proven experience with ITIL processes particularly incident problem and change management
  • Experience leading delivery and incident management teams

III. License(s)/Certification(s):

  • ITIL certification (preferred)
  • IAMrelated certifications (preferred)

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

  • Deep understanding of IAM technologies controls and best practices
  • Strong knowledge of adaptive authentication PKI and passwordless technologies
  • Familiarity with PCI SOX and EUGDPR regulations as they relate to IAM
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to influence technology teams and partners without direct authority
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
  • Experience with PingIdentity provider Transmit Trusteer and Daon is a plus
