Job Description
We are seeking outgoing individuals to join our team.
You will work from home coordinating itineraries for leisure and corporate clients around the world. This is perfect for anyone who loves to travel and loves to help others with planning.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research Create and Execute itineraries for your clients.
- Review individual needs and wants for travel to ensure you plan a trip designed specifically for your client.
- Review budgets and plan client trips accordingly.
- Book travel needs including airlines hotels car rentals cruises tours events and much more!
- Effectively communicate with clients pre and post travel to ensure client satisfaction.
- Handle client issues that arise before during or after travel.
- Complete ongoing trainings to maintain and earn certifications within the industry.
- Attend ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers to become specialized with specific destinations types of travel etc.
- Remain current regarding changes within the travel and tourism industry.
REQUIREMENTS/BENEFITS:
- Discounted personal travel.
- Full training provided.
- Work from home Full Time or Part Time.
- No experience necessary.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must have reliable internet access and a computer (recommended) or a smartphone.
- Hospitality Customer Service or Sales background is a plus but not a requirement.
- Personal experience is a plus but not a requirement.
Job Types: Fulltime Parttime
Pay: $66933.00 $78655.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 40 per week
