Below are few must haves in the candidate:
Good Communication and energy during the interview.
Pediatric Division / Neonatology / Gynecologists Experience is must.
No Individual contributors or 2nd line managers willing to step down.
Varied geography experience. North Karnataka South Karnataka Central Karnataka Andhra Pradesh.
No candidates to be presented who have moved from Sanofi to Iqvia and then to Dr. Reddy s in the vaccine division.
Age Criteria Flexible but look between 38 40 years
Science background NonNegitable.
Stable in the experience.
Able to communicate in local language.
Candidate should be a manager with minimum 35 reportees.
Candidate should have good communication skills and energy levels
Candidate should have worked in Bangalore or Karnataka in different regions; Should know Kannada language
Should have science background/qualifications
Should have a stable experience in the past
Age around 40 and below
Better to have: Worked in the pediatrics division/neonatology division/gynec division in the past
