Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing payroll and benefits processes using Oracle EBusiness Suite (EBS). You will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing compliance with regulations and effective management of employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the endtoend payroll processing cycle in Oracle EBS ensuring timely and accurate payroll runs.
- Maintain and update employee records in the Oracle system including salary changes deductions and benefits enrollments.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure compliance with federal state and local payroll regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll and benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Generate payroll reports and analytics to provide insights to management and assist in decisionmaking.
- Assist employees with payroll and benefits inquiries providing exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on Oracle EBS enhancements best practices and industry trends to improve payroll and benefits processes.
- Support the implementation and testing of system upgrades and new features related to payroll and benefits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in finance Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience (10 years) with Oracle EBS Payroll and Benefits modules.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
- Proficient in Oracle EBS functionalities including setup configuration and troubleshooting.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle certification in Payroll or Benefits modules.
- Experience with HRIS systems integration.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits strategies.
