Pipeline will be built out by the sourcer.
Following up with candidates assigning assessments and screening candidates.
Processing Offers
Support the sourcers with any questions or help that they need
Roles will be maintenance engineering technicians and control systems techs.

5 years of experience is required
Level of Education:
H.S Diploma is required Bachelors degree is preferred

ATS system knowledge is required

Strong team skills! The team has about 16 people and knowing how to work with recruiters!

Experience as a recruiter with those specific industrys listed knowledge of PeopleSoft and a bachelors degree.
