Project and Program Management - Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong background in AI ecosystems research partnerships and academia. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in fastpaced roles working closely with researchers and faculty in academia engaging with universities and external research customers. The candidate should have deep program management skills proficiency in AI technologies (including Azure) and experience in AI rapid prototyping and foundational models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage AIrelated programs and projects focusing on AI prototyping and foundation models research.
• Collaborate with researchers and senior stakeholders to develop program strategies communicate project status and provide recommendations.
• Engage with universities and research partners in a research capacity facilitating collaborations and ensuring successful project outcomes.
• Develop track and manage budgets project plans timelines and scope for AI and BIrelated projects.
• Prepare and present usage reporting to stakeholders offering insights into project performance and research outcomes.
• Partner closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and timelines.
• Ensure adherence to appropriate systems development and project management processes.
• Create and facilitate events for professors and researchers to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Develop documentation to support ongoing projects and programs.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management within the AI ecosystem with a focus on Azure and other AI platforms.
• 57 years of experience engaging with universities and research partners in a research capacity.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage varying workstreams effectively.
• Ability to manage and work with large datasets and develop AI prototypes.
• Experience in budget management tracking project scope timelines and reporting.
• Event facilitation experience is a plus especially in academic and research settings.
• Documentation creation experience is a plus.
