Job Description

We seek an enthusiastic Customer Insights Analyst (f/m/d) to join our team.

Tasks

  • Engage with the user community by conducting interviews and extracting insights that enhance product design and user experience
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to deliver actionable insights quantify customer sentiment (NPS CSAT) and oversee inapp surveys
  • Share discovery findings across the company to inform and guide strategic decisions
  • Map and monitor competitor features pricing and KPIs to provide valuable insights that support strategic planning efforts

Requirements

  • Native or fluent in English proficient in German (C1 Level)
  • 23 years in customer insights user research or market research.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Proven experience in conducting customer interviews and surveys quantitative and qualitative data analysis experience with CRM systems and inapp survey tools is a plus
  • Ability to design and execute studies including drafting guides and questionnaires
  • Effectively engage with the user community to build rapport and trust
  • Translate customer insights into strategic recommendations prioritize research initiatives by business impact
  • Understand and share customers feelings to enhance user experience
  • Meticulous in data collection analysis and reporting
  • Proactive in identifying issues and developing solutions
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable in a fastpaced environment with changing priorities
