Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support:
- Assist Germanspeaking customers via email chat and calls ensuring a high standard of service.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
2. Process Optimization:
- Help improve customer support processes for Germanspeaking clients by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements.
3. Collaboration:
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing and product development to address customer feedback and improve user experience.

- Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
