Your mission
We are looking for an I mplementation Manager (f/m/d) who will lead the onboarding and successful rollout of our supply chain risk management solutions for customers. Your main tasks will be:
- Oversee the implementation and onboarding of supply chain risk management solutions ensuring successful rollout for customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding guiding customers from setup to full adoption of the solution.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to assess and prepare data systems and processes for smooth integration.
- Train customer teams on using the platform and monitor solution performance usage and compliance with regulations.
- Continuously improve the implementation process ensuring customer satisfaction and a smooth handover to the customer success team postimplementation.
Your profile
Musthaves:
- 2 years of experience in a customerfacing role (e.g. customer success onboarding or project management) or with SaaS & digital solutions ideally in supply chain or risk management areas
- Very good Excel skills techsavviness and ability to work with various technologies and online platforms
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage relationships across various industries and sectors
- Highly reliable detailoriented and able to adapt to diverse work environments.
- Familiarity or willingness to work in a highpaced startup environment
- Fluent English and German skills both written and spoken
- Valid work permit for Austria
Bonus points for:
- Completed higher education (HAK HTL Bachelors Degree or equivalent)
- Previous experience in technical industry procurement industry or supply chain environment
- Previous experience or exposure with EUDR or similar deforestation regulations
