We are actively seeking a dynamic and innovative AI CoFounder (future CAIO) (f/m/d) to join Aiones. If you have a passion for AI a drive for innovation and a desire to be at the forefront of technological advancements this is the opportunity for you.
Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Cocreate and drive the vision for Aiones
- Handson development of our systems and product lineup
- Oversee and manage ML / LLM model development and deployment
- Build and lead a talented technical team fostering collaboration and innovation
- Bridge the gap from strategy to implementation
- Take action in other areas of the venture when and where needed
Requirements
What you bring to the team:
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a demanding startup environment
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Strong knowledge of chat and documentbased classification and extraction
- Well experienced with different types of databases (e.g. Graph / Vector / Relational)
- Expertise with ML Ops as well as model training evaluation and deployment cycles
- Deeply interested in applied machine learning usecases
- Fluent in English German or any other languages are a plus
- Previous startup experience is a plus
