Job Title: Human Resource Consultant (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Work with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Design and implement HR policies and procedures that meet organizational goals and comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Address employee grievances conduct investigations and advise management on appropriate actions.
- Assist in developing recruitment strategies manage the hiring process and ensure that talent acquisition aligns with the companys longterm objectives.
- Implement performance management systems conduct evaluations and provide feedback to improve employee productivity and satisfaction.
- Ensure all HR activities comply with relevant legal regulations and labor laws. Keep the organization uptodate on HR best practices.
- Identify training needs and design employee development programs to enhance skills and foster career growth.
- Advise on compensation packages benefits plans and rewards programs to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Conduct audits of HR functions generate reports and provide datadriven recommendations to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support clients or internal teams in managing organizational change including mergers acquisitions and restructuring.
Requirements - Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in human resources preferably in a consulting role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices employment laws and labor regulations.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing HR policies and strategies.
- Expertise in talent management performance management and employee engagement.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools such as HRIS ATS and performance management platforms.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and problemsolving skills.
- Certification such as SHRMCP SHRMSCP or PHR is preferred. in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in human resources preferably in a consulting role.
