Job Description

Job Title: Area Sales Manager Home Loan and LAP

Location Dehradun Uttarakhand
CTCUpto 15LPA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Area Sales Manager to lead our home loan and loan against property (LAP) sales initiatives in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services sales excellent leadership skills and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets for home loans and LAP.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales executives providing guidance training and performance evaluations to ensure team productivity and motivation.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and customer preferences.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including real estate developers brokers and financial institutions to enhance business prospects.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their financial needs provide tailored solutions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and analysis to senior management highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements related to home loans and LAP.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in sales management specifically in home loans and LAP.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
