Team Leadership:
o Recruit train and develop store staff.

Inventory Management:
o Oversee inventory levels ordering and stock management to ensure product availability.
o Conduct regular inventory audits to minimize loss and maintain accuracy.
Visual Merchandising:
o Ensure that the store layout and visual displays are attractive and aligned with company standards.
o Keep the store organized clean and wellmaintained.
Financial Responsibilities:
o Manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
o Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.
Compliance and Safety:
o Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and relevant regulations.
o Maintain a safe and secure environment for both customers and employees.
