Position Title: Relationship Manager Gold Loan

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide suitable gold loan options.
- Conduct regular followups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Development:
- Promote gold loan products through direct sales and networking efforts.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Consultative Approach:
- Assess client requirements and offer customized solutions.
- Explain loan processes terms and conditions clearly to clients.
- Documentation Management:
- Collect and verify necessary documentation for loan applications.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Provide feedback for product improvement based on customer insights.
- Customer Service:
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions loan applications and sales performance.
- Prepare periodic reports for management review.
- CrossSelling:
- Identify opportunities to crosssell other financial products and services.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales or relationship management preferably in lending or financial services.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customeroriented mindset with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
