Powder Coating Painter
Pay:$18/HR. (Based on experience)
Hours:Day and Night Shift
Job Type:Temp to Hire
Location:Catoosa Oklahoma
Job Description:
Join our team as aPowder Coating Painter responsible for surface preparation mixing and applying paint and ensuring highquality finishes on metal components.
Responsibilities:
- Abrade surfaces of metal or hard composition objects to remove scale sand paint grease tar rust and dirt ensuring a specified finish.
- Shovel or pour abrasives such as sand grit or shot into machine hoppers as required.
- Select premixed paints or mix pigment oil and thinning/drying substances to match specified colors.
- Prepare products before and after painting including using power spray guns proficiently.
MustHave Qualifications:
- 1 year of previous industrial powder coating painting experience required with at least 6 months of previous experience.
- Ability to pass a Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) and be fitted for and wear a respirator.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in physically active work.
