Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing and onbrand graphics illustrations and layouts for a variety of digital and print materials including blog images infographics social media visuals eBooks presentations and marketing collateral.
  
• Collaborate closely with our content writers and editors to understand project requirements and translate content concepts into compelling visuals that enhance the messaging and storytelling.
  
• Ensure all design work aligns with established brand guidelines maintaining a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all materials.
  
• Stay uptodate with the latest design trends tools and best practices and incorporate innovative design elements into projects.
  
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered to the highest quality standards.
  
• Occasionally communicate directly with clients to understand their design needs and preferences incorporating client feedback effectively.
  
• Conduct thorough quality checks on all design work to ensure accuracy consistency and adherence to project specifications.

Ideal Profile:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
  
• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools especially Canva Designrr PowerPoint and AIpowered tools for video and illustrations.
  
• Strong knowledge of design principles color theory typography and layout design.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  
• Effective time management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Experience working in a content writing agency or with contentfocused projects is a plus.
