Job Description
- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of professional graphic design experience preferably in a marketing agency or similar environment.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects etc.).
- Experience with web design and knowledge of web design principles (UI/UX responsive design).
- Strong understanding of design principles such as layout color theory typography and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with video editing software and motion graphics is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to produce highquality work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work including both print and digital designs.
- Design Creation: Develop highquality graphic designs for digital marketing campaigns social media websites advertisements brochures and other marketing collateral.
- Brand Development: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design elements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand client needs and deliver design solutions that meet those objectives.
- Content Creation: Design engaging visuals for social media platforms email marketing campaigns websites and other digital touchpoints.
- Creative Strategy: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for campaign ideas ensuring designs align with marketing strategies.
- Editing & Refining: Edit and revise designs based on feedback ensuring designs are polished and meet client expectations.
- Multimedia Design: Create compelling visuals that may include illustrations typography infographics and video graphics to enhance communication efforts.
- Time Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery of highquality designs.
