Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer you will play a key role in creating visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity. You will work on a variety of digital and print design projects including marketing materials social media content advertisements and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging graphics for both digital and print media including brochures banners advertisements and social media posts.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to deliver highquality design solutions that align with brand guidelines.
Create and edit images illustrations logos and other design elements using industrystandard software.
Prepare designs for production ensuring all files are properly formatted and ready for print or online publication.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver designs within deadlines.
Stay up to date with the latest design trends and techniques to bring fresh innovative ideas to the team.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for photo editing retouching and image manipulation.
- Strong experience with Adobe Illustrator for vector design and illustration.
- Expertise in Adobe InDesign for layout design and print production.
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW for vectorbased design and editing.
- Solid understanding of design principles typography color theory and composition.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- A portfolio demonstrating creative design work especially in digital and print media.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. 7+ years of experience in project management or a related role. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Understanding of market research and data analysis techniques. Familiarity with Agile development processes is preferred.
