Job Description
- Use their creative craft understanding of platforms and grasp of culture to solve marketing problems for a variety of brands.
- Experience with all the relevant tools and platforms like Adobe Photoshop illustrator After effects.
- Work with the performance marketing team which includes copywriters to create content for paid media ads from static content to carousel to canvas ads and other interactive mediums of communication.
- Understand how to read data via excel sheets or Google sheets at a basic fundamental level to provide design related solutions to the team.
- Balance multiple projects at a given time working with the performance marketing team
- Understand the difference between a creative idea and a tactical execution and (based on the nature of the project) must be proficient at working on both.
- Stay current with technology and trends as well as seek opportunities to improve your art/design skills.
- Strong art/design skills
- An understanding of AI platforms like Mid journey would be helpful.
- Ability to comprehend data at a basic level. For eg how to decipher insights from an excel sheet.
- Understand the basic concepts of performance marketing
- Should have spent time in a performance marketing agency or working on performance marketing creatives
- At least 1 years of experience in a digital advertising agency
- Ability to commute to work
- Own a laptop that you can use at work
