Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Representative (B2B IT Sales)

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Fulltime

Experience Level: 2 to 5 years


Shift : 5:00Pm to 2:00 AM
Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) with experience in B2B IT sales. In this role you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and nurturing relationships with key decisionmakers in various industries and driving revenue growth by selling IT products and services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B sales cycles strong prospecting skills and a passion for delivering innovative IT solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling emailing networking and social media focusing on B2B clients.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends industry needs and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with decisionmakers including CIOs CTOs and IT managers to understand their business needs and position relevant IT solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals ensuring timely followup and documentation using CRM systems.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate an indepth understanding of the company s IT products and services and effectively communicate the value propositions to prospective clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive product demos presentations and proposals that meet the specific needs of B2B clients.
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on business development strategies share market insights and refine lead generation techniques.
  • Contract Negotiation: Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals in collaboration with senior sales professionals.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets and provide regular updates on sales activities and results to management.



Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B IT sales or business development.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven success in B2B sales specifically within IT services software hardware or technology solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
  • Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of IT solutions such as cloud services SaaS cybersecurity network infrastructure or IT consulting services.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce Zoho CRM or HubSpot to manage leads and track sales performance.
  • Lead Qualification: Strong ability to qualify prospects and close highvalue deals.
