Job Description

Generate leads through networking referrals and marketing efforts.

Conduct property showings and open houses showcasing the features and benefits of various properties.

Assist clients in buying selling or renting residential or commercial properties.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients ensuring a smooth transaction process.

Stay updated on real estate market trends property values and local developments.

Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying or selling process addressing any concerns or questions.

Maintain an accurate and organized database of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with other real estate professionals including mortgage brokers and home inspectors to facilitate transactions.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements

High school diploma required; Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred.

Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is highly desirable.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.

Selfmotivated organized and resultsoriented.
